We are a dedicated and compassionate team of Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). We are committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance their overall quality of life.

Our passion lies in supporting people in reducing distress and finding comfort across various areas of life, whether internal, professional, or relational. We believe that the journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life begins with self-reflection and a willingness to face challenges with openness and intention.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). My passion is helping individuals reconnect with themselves, better understand their emotional experiences, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic, and rooted in the mind-body connection. I recognize that mental health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including nervous system regulation, lifestyle, relationships, stress, physical health, and past experiences. Therapy is not simply about symptom management—it’s about understanding the root causes of distress and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

I incorporate evidence-based and somatic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques. Each therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and personality of the individual.

I support individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic inflammation, endometriosis, hormone balance, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, executive functioning difficulties, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

This work is also deeply personal to me. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 16 years working in the banking industry within high-pressure corporate environments. Through both professional and lived experience, I understand the realities of chronic stress, burnout, ADHD, perfectionism, and the emotional impact of constantly feeling the need to “push through.” Making the transition from banking into the mental health field gave me a deeper understanding of identity shifts, nervous system overload, and the importance of creating a life aligned with your well-being and values.

As part of my holistic approach, I value collaboration with other wellness professionals including nurse practitioners, naturopaths, holistic nutritionists, osteopaths, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. I believe healing is most effective when care is collaborative, comprehensive, and personalized.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide ADHD and executive coaching support for professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals navigating burnout, and work-life balance.

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward building self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

I am fluent in both English and Farsi and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Psychotherapy services may be covered under extended health benefits, and clients are encouraged to check with their insurance providers regarding coverage.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing and meaningful change begin when we feel safe, understood, and respected. I strive to create a space where you can show up as yourself without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences and emotions with curiosity and care, while gently working to shift patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your strengths, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you. Areas of Support

I support individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship and attachment challenges, burnout, and life transitions.

Maybe you’re someone who thinks deeply, feels deeply, and puts a lot of pressure on yourself to get things right. You may find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or trying to meet your own or others’ expectations. You might feel emotionally exhausted or overwhelmed by patterns you’re unsure how to shift. Through our work, we can approach these experiences with greater understanding, curiosity, and self-compassion while developing tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and those navigating the overlap between anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. I also enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity, confidence, friendships and relationships, anxiety, and the pressures that can come with figuring out who they are.

I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each individual brings their own experiences, personality, strengths, needs, and goals into the therapeutic space, and I believe our work should reflect that.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, allowing our work to be shaped by what feels most helpful and meaningful to you. My work is also grounded in an attachment- and trauma-informed perspective, recognizing the ways our experiences and relationships can shape how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world.

I believe our struggles rarely exist in isolation. The ways we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to difficult moments are often connected to the ways we’ve learned to adapt, cope, and protect ourselves. Therapy can be a space to slow down and become curious about these patterns—not to judge or “fix” them, but to better understand where they come from, the role they may have played in your life, and what you might need now.

Understanding Your ADHD – and Yourself – Differently Being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult can bring relief and validation, but it can also lead you to look back on your life through an entirely different lens. It can bring new questions about your identity, your needs, and the expectations you’ve carried for yourself along the way.

As a woman with lived experience of a late ADHD diagnosis, I am passionate about supporting others navigating similar experiences. Therapy can be an opportunity to reconsider long-held expectations and beliefs about yourself, develop greater self-compassion, and gain a deeper understanding of what you need to feel supported. Together, we can explore how ADHD shows up uniquely for you, untangle it from self-criticism and burnout, and develop strategies that work with your brain rather than against it. Through this process, we can make sense of the patterns and beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself and discover ways of navigating life that feel more supportive, sustainable, and authentic to you.

Whatever you’re facing, healing and growth are possible. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have it all figured out. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward meaningful change.
