We are a dedicated and compassionate team of Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). We are committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and enhance their overall quality of life.

Our passion lies in supporting people in reducing distress and finding comfort across various areas of life, whether internal, professional, or relational. We believe that the journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life begins with self-reflection and a willingness to face challenges with openness and intention.

I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). My passion is helping individuals reconnect with themselves, better understand their emotional experiences, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is integrative, holistic, and rooted in the mind-body connection. I recognize that mental health is influenced by many interconnected factors, including nervous system regulation, lifestyle, relationships, stress, physical health, and past experiences. Therapy is not simply about symptom management—it’s about understanding the root causes of distress and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

I incorporate evidence-based and somatic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques. Each therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs, goals, and personality of the individual.

I support individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, chronic inflammation, endometriosis, hormone balance, burnout, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, executive functioning difficulties, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

This work is also deeply personal to me. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 16 years working in the banking industry within high-pressure corporate environments. Through both professional and lived experience, I understand the realities of chronic stress, burnout, ADHD, perfectionism, and the emotional impact of constantly feeling the need to “push through.” Making the transition from banking into the mental health field gave me a deeper understanding of identity shifts, nervous system overload, and the importance of creating a life aligned with your well-being and values.

As part of my holistic approach, I value collaboration with other wellness professionals including nurse practitioners, naturopaths, holistic nutritionists, osteopaths, and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. I believe healing is most effective when care is collaborative, comprehensive, and personalized.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide ADHD and executive coaching support for professionals, entrepreneurs, individuals navigating burnout, and work-life balance.

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we work toward building self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, and a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

I am fluent in both English and Farsi and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Psychotherapy services may be covered under extended health benefits, and clients are encouraged to check with their insurance providers regarding coverage.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.

At times, life can feel heavy, whether you’re facing loss, navigating difficult relationships, or managing stress, anxiety, or low mood. These experiences can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry that alone.

I work from a compassionate and collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and supporting you at a pace that feels comfortable. My work is especially informed by both professional training and personal experience with grief, which allows me to hold space in a way that is genuine, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s process. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns, and build tools that support meaningful change in your day to day life.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw from evidence-based approaches. I draw from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) informed approaches, narrative therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy and solution focused therapy.

My focus is on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen coping strategies, and feel more equipped to manage challenges as they arise. All within a space that is safe, supportive, and free of judgment.

Before entering the field of psychotherapy, I worked in a corporate environment. I understand the pressure, expectations, and pace that can come with that world, and I bring that awareness into my work to offer practical, realistic support.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re considering it, I welcome you to connect for a consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
